Create and Implement Meaningful Improvement Plans

At customer's request, Learning Bridges will train and coach the process for School Improvement Planning as an integral part of the Learning Bridges System. The Learning Bridges System provides comprehensive tools to support the School Improvement Planning process, especially those S.M.A.R.T goals that are focused on student achievement.

The data provided by the Learning Bridges Decision Tools assists the decision-makers in identifying student performance goals based on assessment, the most effective instructional interventions, and professional development – as needed – that will support the achievement goals in the School Improvement Plan.
